OOC - character change pondering
May. 1st, 2008 09:38 amSo. I have been thinking about doing something different with Henriette - not that all the story that could be her life has been written out, but I feel a bit... stilled with her.
Maybe bringing her up to the present (sort of) will help. Here's what I have in mind:
She's actually a current-day woman who has dreamt / has had recurrent dreams / is having recurrent dreams about Henriette, Giac, etc. Maybe just a little bit like being reborn and recalling a previous life?
That way she can interact with current-time plots, and I can still write her up in her canon...
Yeah, I know that will mean, a little bit, shifting her into a partly-OC. And that I'll need to come up with her life story in the present - where she came from, where she is at, who she is with, etc. Which seems an interesting challenge on its own, inasmuch as I will try to keep her as herself.
Opinions on this take? Other ideas?
